Abstract
Unemployment is one of the problems that are complex and multidimensional. Therefore need to look for a solution to overcome the problem of poverty. This research aims to find out how inflation, unemployment rate and minimum wage kabupaten/kota against poor population in the province of Central Java in 2011-2014. This research is quantitative research using data panel, the data used in the form of time series (2011-2014) and cross section (35 counties/cities in Central Java province). Types of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS) of Central Java province and the journal as a supporter. The results showed that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the most appropriate model. Based on the test F variable inflation, unemployment rate and minimum wage districts/cities simultaneously or together have an effect on the rate of the poor population. Based on a test of the validity of the t test or influence, the variable is positive and significant effect of inflation, the unemployment rate effect openly positive and no significant effect and minimum wage kabupaten/kota is a negative and significant effect against the poor population in the County/City of Central Java province.
