Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work environment, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance of Islamic financial services cooperatives (KJKS) BMT Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo. The population used in this study were all employees KJKS BMT Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo. Data analysis methods used in this research is using quantitative data analysis methods. This study tested the hypothesis by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, work environment, motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Islamic financial services cooperative employee (KJKS) BMT Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo. The most dominant influence is the lowest while the influence of organizational culture is the work environment. All the research variables influence simultaneously for 58,8%. While the rest influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus the company KJKS BMT Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo need to increase the role of a strong organizational culture so as to improve employee performance.
