Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Effects of student perceptions of faculty in classroom management capabilities to the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship. 2) Effect of independent learning of students to entrepreneurial learning outcomes. 3) influence students' perceptions about the ability of faculty in classroom management and independent learning of students to entrepreneurial learning outcomes. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a conclusion through statistical methods. The population in this study were all students of Accounting Education, a population of 183 students and a sample taken as many as 131 students with incidental sampling. Necessary data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire previously tested and tested for validity and reliabilitas.Teknik data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, and the relative contribution and effective. The results of the regression analysis obtained regression equation: Y = 5.668 + 0,569X1 + 0,418X2 equation shows that student learning outcomes are influenced by students' perceptions about the ability of faculty in classroom management and student learning independence. The conclusions drawn are: 1) the influence of students' perceptions about the ability of faculty in classroom management to entrepreneurship student learning outcomes are acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) note that t_hitung> t_tabel 7.593> 1.979 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with the relative contribution of 61% and the effective contribution of 32.98%. 2) independence of student learning to the learning outcomes acceptable student entrepreneurship. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) note that t_hitung> t_tabel, namely 5.535> 1.979 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with the relative contribution of 39% and the effective contribution of 21.15%. 3) influence students' perceptions about the ability of faculty in classroom management and student learning kemandiriaan the learning outcomes of student entrepreneurship acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis of variance (F test) note that F_hitung> F_tabel, ie 75.409> 3.067 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.541 indicates that the influence of students' perceptions about the ability of faculty in classroom management and independent learning entrepreneurship students to the learning outcomes of students amounted to 54.1%, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other variables
