Abstract

Cow's milk production in the district of Boyolali Cepogo at this time is very good to be developed, because most of the livelihood of residents in Boyolali are as farmers and dairy farmers. Nationally, growth in milk processing sector in 2013 reached 12%, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. On the other hand, per capita milk consumption of Indonesian society still have to be improved, as has recently reached 11.09 liters / year when compared to the consumption of other ASEAN countries, which reached more than 20 liters / capita / year. Decision philosophy cow horn shape of the building of a strong and firm menajdikan forms of facades of buildings which have an identity as an iconic building. The concept of cow's milk processing sites in Boyolali as educational tours aimed at accommodating the milk of dairy cows results in the district and surrounding Cepogo. This milk processing site will be a place of educational tours to provide information to the public about the importance of consuming milk and knowledge of all the processes related to cow's milk from herds process until processing into goods ready for consumption. In addition the processing of cow's milk may be the identity or the new icon for development in Boyolali district, especially in Sub Cepogo.
