Abstract

Behaviors represent the important shares in a religion. In all Islam teachings, behavior occupies to domicile very special, so that Rasulullah in his hadith has defined that religion with the excellency behavior. Parents have the important duty in forming of child behavior and are accountable to instruct the child to love Rasulullah and all his characters. But how is the child who since childhood has been left his parent so that he becomes the orphan, so that he has never obtained the attention and affection, as well as education and values as does child owning complete parents. In this case Muhammadiyah Reformatory of Andong Boyolali represents the institute which cares to condition of orphan behavior in Boyolali area and it’s surroundings, so that the institute tries to improve the orphan behavior by performing a hadits study of behavior. Based on the background of the problem, the fundamental problem of this research is whether any influence of hadith study in shaping the child akhlak (behavior) taken care in Muhammadiyah Motherless Reformatory of Andong Boyolali? This research purpose is to describe the influence of hadits learning to child akhlak/behavior taken in Muhammadiyah Motherless Reformatory of Andong Boyolali. The benefit of this research is to add the science in area of education, useful and also benefit to Muhammadiyah Motherless Reformatory of Andong Boyolali which later can be continued to develop the education at orphan, and also can be made reference to the surrounded reformatory. This research type was field research with qualitative approach. Data collecting is using interview, observation and documentation method. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Conclusion withdrawal from data analysis has used the deductive method. Based on data analysis, Muhammadiyah Motherless Reformatory of Andong Boyolali uses the Arba‘īn Al-Nawawiyah hadith book of as a principle book of hadith study in teaching behavior/akhlak. Meanwhile, the teaching methode used are ḥiwār, story telling, exemplary and habituation. Ḥiwār and story telling are used directly in hadith teaching, while exemplary and habituation are used by to tutor in daily life to realize knowledges they obtain in the process of hadith teaching and learning.
