Abstract

In era more advance and more modern, technology more advance from a variety of social media chat, calling, until the video call, make some couple who love each other do not mind going all the way distance is known as LDR (Long Distance Relationship) or for married LDM (Long Distance Marriage). But long-distance couples often have a guess that could lead to distrust of her boyfriend or husband. Through trust that is good managed, the couple can keep relationship although long distance. The purpose of this research to know how the trust of woman adult to her boyfriend or husband has long distance relationship. the subject as many as six of them 3 LDR (Long Distance Relationship) while three others LDM (Long Distance Marriage), were selected by purposive sampling, that women aged 20 to 35 years is a long-distance relationship. The results showed communication, commitment, and openness can increase trust, whereas lies and miscommunication can make distrust.
