Abstract
Care plan documentation using care process approach of having its tight relationship with the level of nurse knowledges. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses on the nursing process with documentation of nursing care in inpatient RSPKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative method in the study design is descriptive correlation with crosssectional population in this studyareallnursesininpatientRSPKUMuhammadiyahSurakartatotaling129Nursesandsamples used in this study were as many as 57respondents.Data analysis techniques using Bivariate analysis and bivariate test by using chisquare test. Research Shows level of knowledge of nurses on the nursing processin the inpatient unit RSPKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta in both categories. Documentation of inpatient nursing care in the room RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta in both categories There is a significant correlation between the level of knowledge about nursing care nurses with nursing care documentation in the inpatient unit RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Sig 0.000 indicated by the value of <0.5.
