Abstract

This aim of this study are to examine the effect of motivation and competence of the Performance-Based Financial Systems Information Technology. The study population was all employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta directly related to financial activities. Samples were determined by purposive sampling technique, the respondents all employees of the financial sector as many as 100 people. Dat collection methods used by the questionnaire technique. Mechanical analysis using regression analysis (Regression Analysis). By regression analysis regression coefficient values obtained from the motivation and competence on the performance of the financial system based on information technology at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Motivation of Human Resources has a positive relationship and have a significant effect on the performance-based system keuangna IT, Human Resource Competency has a positive relationship and have an influence on performance improvement of IT-based financial system. And also of the results showed that the variables of motivation and competence have jointly influence on the performance of IT-based financial system in UMS. Seen coefficient (Rsquare) it can be concluded that the performance of the financial system based on information technology amounted to 56.6% while the rest influenced by other factors outside the study variables.
