Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the audit opinion, management changes, company size, and financial distress of the company that made the turn KAP study of companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2010-2013. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the official website of the Stock Exchange in www.idx.co.id. the sample is a portion of the population is taken as a source of data and can represent the whole population. The samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this study addressing the effect of audit opinion and the size of the company against the company that made the turn KAP, and the change of management and financial distress has no influence on the company that made the turn KAP.
