Abstract

The aim of this research in order to analyze the preferences will Surakarta Muhammadiyah University students about tholabul Ilmi the standpoint of economic , social , and religious to know the Faculty of Business Economics student interest in studying at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta . The results in this experiment shows that the economic motivation and significant religious motivation to tholabul ilmi , while the social motivation is not significant to the economic motivation and religious motivation of students studying at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta .
