Abstract

This research have an aim to examine the influence of leadership, physical working enviromental, and compensation to employee performance at PT. PLN Surakarta. This research was doing at PT. PLN Surakarta with all permanent employee population. PT. PLN’s permanent employee population is 50 people. Technique and methode analysis in this research was using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research show that leadership, physical working enviromental, and compensation has positive influence
