Abstract
he purpose of this research is (1) To describe the values agreed Employees Grobogan District Education Office. (2) To describe the habits of the employee Grobogan District Education Office. (3) To describe the norms upheld Grobogan District Education Office employees. The type of study is a qualitative research design ethnography Departement of Education employees are subjects of the study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysistechniques to the analysis of flow tarting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusions. Data validation was done by triangulation of data. The resuls of this study were (1) Work done employee Departement of Education Grobogan is a professional that is in accordance with the duties, working in accordance with his expertise, earnes in the work, do the work of a measured, help a friend who needs help, open the giving and receiving of information the right to the common interest, (2) customs employees do Grobogan District Education Departement followed a morning assembly, following coaching, following the ceremony seventeen, (3) The norms are respected employees of the Departement of Education Grobogan religius norms, norms of decency, obscenity and legal norms. Implementation of the Departemen of Education employee culture Grobogan quite effective during the creation of a harmonious working environment and harmonious. This atmosphere is created by the positive relationship between employees, in accordance with the vision, the mssion, refers to the basic values of work culture: integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, exemplary.
