Abstract

Stimulasi KBM penting diberikan. Salah satu caranya diberikan melalui penyampaian dongeng. Pada kenyataannya, tidak semua guru mampu mendongeng, berbagai cara ditempuh guna meningkatkan intensistas pemberian dongeng pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui (1) pengaruh stimulasi KBM dengan mendongeng terhadap kemampuan berbicara. (2) pengaruh stimulasi KBM dengan mendongeng terhadap minat membaca. (3) besar perbandingan pengaruh stimulasi KBM dengan mendongeng terhadap kemampuan berbicara dan pengaruh stimulasi KBM dengan mendongeng terhadap minat membaca siswa. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berdesain Ex-Posfacto. Populasi siswa kelas rendah SD Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat yang berjumlah 176 siswa. Sampel 64 siswa, sampling melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dihimpun melalui angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan MANOVA dengan teknik GLM, didahului uji prasyarat analisis: uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji homogenitas. Hasil uji multivariate tests menunjukkan nilai X pada Pillai’s Trace, Wilks’ Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace pada kolom (Sig.) 0,003 dan Roy’s Largest Root pada kolom (Sig.) adalah 0,002. Jika dilihat secara parsial, variabel X berpengaruh baik terhadap Y1 maupun Y2, dikarenakan nilai (Sig.) 0,003 < 0,05 dan 0,002 < 0,05. Hasil Test of Between-Subjects Effects variabel X ke Y2 sebesar 40,4% dan X ke Y1 sebesar 46,2%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stimulasi KBM dengan mendongeng berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbicara dan minat membaca dengan besar pengaruh yang berbeda. Given a stimulation on learning process is important. The one way is to give a tell a tale. Not all of teacher have competence to tell a tale, many methods were given to increase tell a tale intensity to student. The purposes of this research are to know (1) the effect learning process stimulation by tell a tale to speaking competence. (2) the effect learning process stimulation by tell a tale to reading interest. (3) ratio between the score effect of learning process stimulation by telling tale to speaking competence and to reading interest. This research uses quantitative and design Ex-Posfacto. The object of this study are upscale students of Muhammadiyah PK Elementary School of Kottabarat which total number is 176 students. The samples are 64 students and using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques are questionnaires, test, and documentation. Multivariate analysis of variance by the generic linear model (GLM) uses in method analysis data. Prerequisite test in the from of normality, linearity and homogenity test. The results of multivariate tests show the score X on Pillai’s Trace, Wilks’ Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace in (Sig.) column 0,003 and Roy’s Largest Root (Sig.) column 0,002. If look by parcial, subject of X effect on subject of Y1 although Y2, because score of (Sig.) 0,003 < 0,05 and 0,002 < 0,05. Results test of Between-Subjects Effects subject X to Y2 precious 40,4% dan X to Y1 precious 46,2%. The results of this research show that learning process stimulation by tell a tale to students effect to speaking competence and to reading interest with different score.
