Abstract
Abstract Modern epistemological grip Cartesian-Newtonian really make legal positivism is off to see the turmoil the people who always moving and changing. Positivistic paradigm has reduced law in reality is a set of institutions that are very complex arrangement into something simple, linear, mechanistic and deterministic. Ice and legal chaos This creates legal intensity gap is quite high. Required a legal concept which is based on progressive legal behavior of law enforcers to carry out the law. Behavior that is not hampered by a mere formality and textual. Behavior that brings justice on the resulting decisions. The research began by studying the laws of thought and theories of several prominent schools of law, which is the subject of the research study. Furthermore, a core set of thought fundamental and central topics of legal thought. Works of figures who become research subjects studied by making analysis of the basic concepts of thought one by one, in order of deductive logic used as a knife analysis, a conclusion can be drawn. Thus research is expected to generate a descriptive report on the study of law that offers a formulation of a new law or a legal act models to replace or repair the previous legal concepts.
