Abstract
Communication within the organization is the thing that binds to the unity of the organization. One of the greatest challenges in organizational communication is how to convey the information to the organization and how to receive information from all parts of the organization. When information is conveyed in accordance with the requirements, then run effective communication will automatically generate a good employee performance therein. Based on the explanation of this study is to see how the relationship between the effectiveness of organizational communication with the employee's performance in UPT PSLU Magetan. This research is a qualitative descriptive, which is collecting data using observation, interview and documentation. Informants were selected based on purposive sampling. Analysis of the data obtained using the model of Miles and Huberman, and data validity is tested using triangulation of data / source. The results obtained showed that the organizational communication in Magetan PSLU UPT has effectively seen in organizational communication function indicators that have an impact on employee performance good / optimal it is also seen from the fulfillment of almost all indicators of the performance of employees who have been determined by previous researchers.
