Abstract
The purposes of this research are: 1) To determine whether there is influence the discipline of learning to learn creativity. 2) To determine whether there is influence of motivation toward learning creativity. 3) To determine whether there is influence learning discipline and motivation toward learning creativity. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a conclusion through statistical methods. The populations in this study were all students of accounting education in 2015/2016. Samples are taken as 119 students with a proportional and incidental sampling. The necessary data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaire previously tested and tested for validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the relative contribution and effective. Results of regression analysis to obtain the regression line equation: Y = 6.833 + 0.552 X1 + 0.312 X2. The equation shows that the creativity of learning is affected by the discipline of learning and motivation to learn. The conclusions drawn are: 1) “There is the influence of the discipline of learning to learn creativity” is acceptable. It is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t-test) is known that t count> t table, namely 7.341> 2.000 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with the effective contribution of 33%. 2) “There is the influence of motivation toward learning the creativity of students” unacceptable. It is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t-test) is known that t count> t table, namely 3.641> 2.000 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with the effective contribution of 11.6%. 3) “There is an effect of learning discipline and motivation toward learning creativity” is acceptable. It is based on multiple linear regression analysis of variance (F test) is known that F count> F table, namely 46.771> 3.150 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 4) The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.446 indicates that the influence of learning discipline and motivation to learn together to learn creativity is 44.6%, while 55.4% is influenced by other variables not examined
