Abstract

Murabaha is one of the Islamic concept of doing purchase agreement. This concept has been widely used by banks and Islamic financial institutions to finance working capital and trade finance customers. This study aimed to find out how the implementation of Murabahah applied in BMT Palur. The matters discussed in this thesis is about the procedure and the execution of Murabaha financing agreement in BMT Palur as well as compliance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. From the formulation of the problem, there are several research methods are used, namely the interview, observation and library research methods. Interview here, carried to the BMT Palur especially the financing .Sedangkan observations, performed directly observe the performance of BMT in some time given by BMT to observe. In addition to these two methods of this research using the method of literature by reading books concerned with the title. From some formulation of the problem, by analyzing using the methods above, it can be seen that the implementation of Murabahah in BMT Palur is in conformity with the existing principles. It is evident that the financing is done by the principle of trading but it also did not find things that are deviant in Islam. For example things that contain elements of usury and in accordance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa MUI No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000.
