Abstract
Adanya pemendekan pada otot-otot tubuh, terutama otot hamstring, banyak didapati pada masyarakat tanpa disadari. Active Isolated Stretchingadalah proses penguluran suatu otot terjadi secara aktif yang melibatkan sistem neuromuskuler. untuk mencegah atau mengurangi kekakuan serta mengulur struktur jaringan lunak (soft tissue) yang berkaitan dengan spasme sehingga dapat meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi (LGS) sedangkan Auto stretching merupakan stretching aktif dimana teknik stretching dilakukan dengan benar oleh pasien itu sendiri pada otot atau kelompok otot yang mengalami pemendekan.Tujuan adalah untuk mencegah atau mengurangi kekakuan serta memanjangkan/mengulur struktur jaringan lunak (soft tissue) yang berkaitan dengan spasme sehingga dapat meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi (LGS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh metode active isolated stretching terhadap fleksibilitas hamstring dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode auto stretching terhadap fleksibilitas hamstring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Two group pre and post test design. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 22 sampel, cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan cara menggunakan kriteria insklusi dan ekslusi. Data yang diperoleh berdistribusi tidak normal, uji statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon test. Hasil test di dapat terdapat perubahan pada Active Isolated Stretchingyang signifikan dengan nilai p= 0,003 (< 0,05). Hasil pada Auto stretching terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dengan nilai p=0,003 (<0,05). Pada uji statistik beda pengaruh pada Active Isolated Stretchingdan Auto stretching menggunakan mann-whitey test. Hasil uji beda pengaruh di dapatkan nilai sebesar p=0,000 (<0,05). Dengan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapatperbedaan yang bermakna antara latihanactive isolated stretching dan auto stretching.dimana latihanactive isolated stretchinglebih efektif dari pada auto stretching dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas otot hamstring yang dapat dilihat dari nilai mean pada active isolated stretching 16,64 dan auto stretching 6,36. Active Isolated Stretching is the process of stretching a muscle occurs actively involving the neuromuscular system. to prevent or reduce stiffness and stalling soft tissue structures (soft tissue) associated with spasm so as to increase the range of motion (LGS), while Auto stretching is stretching active where the technique of stretching is done properly by the patient's own muscles or muscle groups experience shortening.The goal is to prevent or reduce stiffness and lengthen / extend the structure of soft tissue (soft tissue) associated with spasm so as to increase the range of motion (LGS). This study aims to determine the effect of active isolated stretching method for hamstring flexibility and to determine the effect of the method of auto stretching hamstring flexibility. This research use approachTwogroup preandpost test design. The number of samplesin this study22 samples, howsamplingusingpurposive sampling methodof samplingby usinginsklusiandexclusioncriteria. The data obtained are not normally distributed, statistical test using Wilcoxon test. The test results can be found in changes in Active Isolated Stretching significant with p =0.003 (<0.05). The yield on the Auto stretching there is a significant change to the value of p=0.003 (<0.05). At different statistical tests on the effect of Active Isolated Stretching and Auto stretching using the Mann-Whitey test.The influence of different test results obtained value of p = 0.000 (<0.05). With these results we can conclude that there are significant differences between active isolated stretching exercises and stretching auto. where the active isolated stretching exercise is more effective than the auto stretching to improve flexibility of the hamstring muscles can be seen from the mean value of the active isolated stretching auto stretching 16.64 and 6.36.
