Abstract
Pabrik tricresyl phosphate dengan bahan baku cresol dan phosphorus oxychloride dengan kapasitas 25.000 ton per tahun direncanakan beroperasi selama 330 hari per tahun. Proses pembuatan tricresyl phosphate dilakukan dalam 3 buah reaktor Continous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) dimana reaktor difungsikan untuk mereaksikan bahan baku cresol dan phosphorus oxychloride menjadi tricresyl phosphate dan asam klorida. Reaksi dijalankan pada fase caircair, bersifat irreversible dan eksotermis. Reaktor dioperasikan pada suhu 150
