Abstract
Regional Asset Management (BMD) is an important aspect in supporting the accountability and transparency of regional government. However, BMD management at the National Unity and Politics Agency of Salatiga City is still done manually, resulting in data inaccuracy, reporting delays, and low administrative efficiency. This study aims to design and build a technology-based BMD inventory management system to improve the effectiveness of recording, monitoring, and reporting regional assets. The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall model through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing, as well as data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to improve data accuracy and accelerate the administrative process. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtained a score of 86,0625 which is in the very good category, so the system is considered easy to use and worthy of implementation as a supporter of effective and accountable BMD management.
