Abstract
Technological advancements continue to transform various aspects of public services, especially in the healthcare sector. Public service institutions operating in the health field, particularly in the Surakarta area, are highly needed. One of the many institutions actively involved in this area is Lazismu Surakarta. As a public service institution in Surakarta, Lazismu needs to leverage technology to provide responsive services to the community. However, the utilization of technology at Lazismu, particularly in the form of an information system, has not been maximized. Ambulance data management is still handled manually through chat. This research aims to develop a web-based information system to support Lazismu’s performance in delivering public services, particularly in managing ambulance maintenance schedules, driver and shift schedules, and monthly reports related to Lazismu Surakarta’s ambulance performance. The system is developed using the waterfall method, which consists of five process stages: requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The system is implemented using PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MySQL, and Bootstrap. This study employs the waterfall method to simplify and increase efficiency in the development process, as this method follows a systematic and sequential approach in building and developing software.
