Abstract
Cooperation Agreements are closely related to the intentions, conditions and contents of the agreements made. An agreement is needed when carrying out an agreement. The agreement is used to determine the parties' intentions so that they are considered serious in carrying out the agreement. The contract carried out must have the principle of freedom of contract which contains the freedom of the parties to determine the content, type and type of engagement to be carried out. Apart from that, according to the pacta sunt servanda, an agreement must be binding on all parties. In terms of making an agreement, whatever form it takes, it must be in accordance with the legal terms of the agreement. However, sometimes the subject of the agreement is not competent to carry out the agreement. This can happen if there is a defect in the will which causes the agreement to be cancelled. This is what determines the object of the agreement cannot be made an object of the agreement because it is prohibited by law and violates public order norms. Before entering into an agreement, the parties must basically have good intentions and a clean or pure mind. There must be no feelings deep within the heart that intend to commit fraud or that there are bad intentions from either party. It must be so that it can cause losses.
