Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and quality of work life on the performance of employees tunas mandiri cigarette factory unit 2 pacitan with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study is a type of quantitative research. Population and sample of this study were employees of cigarette factory tunas mandiri Unit 2 pacitan as many as 100 people. The source of data used in this study is primary data. In collecting data the method used is a questionnaire. Then the questionnaire data will be processed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that work motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has an insignificant and negative effect on employee performance. Quality of work life has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate work motivation to employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate quality of work life to employee performance.
