Abstract

The formation of aqidah, morals and worship is an effort made to internalize religious lessons in students. Some of the obstacles found in the field include PAI focusing more on cognitive theoretical religious issues and less concern with the issue of how to change cognitive religious knowledge into "meaning" and "values" that need to be internalized in students through various means, media, and forums.This research aims to determine the implementation of the internalization of PAI values including aqidah, morals and worship through the Islamic personal development program (BPI) at SMA IT Nur Hidayah Sukoharjo. Likewise, the role of the program is in internalizing values in students, and exploring the supporting factors and obstacles thereto. This research uses a field research method and uses a phenomological approach.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the process of internalizing PAI values (aqidah, morals and worship) through Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SMA IT Nur Hidayah is with four superior activities, namely, PAI plus formal learning in the classroom ,Islamic Study Club activities, jalsah ruhiyah activities, and usbu ruhi activities.Each of these superior activities has its own indicators of achievement. Such as PAI plus learning and Islamic Study Club activities which have their own learning hours in the syllabus. The same thing also applies to the jalsah ruhiyah and usbu ruhi activities which have been scheduled in the semester program.
