Abstract
This research was conducted at the SD Negeri Karangpelem 1 educational unit which is located at Sawit, Kedawung District, Sragen Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The aim of the research is to find out about the application of teachers' basic teaching skills in the blended learning model. Research subjects include fifth grade teachers, fifth grade students, and school principals (if necessary). The results of the research show that the teaching skills of SD N Karangpelem 1 teachers have been implemented quite well, starting from planning dare learning and offline learning. Not all teachers' basic teaching skills are used in blended learning. In the learning process teachers also involve technology skills, even though they have not yet mastered them. Teachers use the WhatsApp application in a bold learning process. In using the blended learning model, there are obstacles that are faced, namely a) teachers who do not yet master technology, b) internet connection, c) limited cellphones, d) the blended learning model is still unfamiliar. The solutions used to overcome the problem are a) teachers asking colleagues for help in using technology, b) looking for a stable internet connection, c) students who have limited cellphones can ask friends about material and assignments, d) providing socialization by the institution related to the implementation of blended learning / attending a workshop regarding the blended learning model.
