Abstract
Football is one of the most popular sports among various groups of people. This sport can be a place to develop skills, play, become a coach, and even become a promising business opportunity. In Pati Regency, there is Joyokusumo Stadium as the pride of the Pati community, besides being used as a means for football and as the home base of the Persipa Pati football club, Joyokusumo Stadium is also used for community sports centers such as jogging, athletics, and others, besides sports, Joyokusumo Stadium is also often used for big events. In terms of the development of Joyokusumo Stadium, it is an important step in supporting all the needs in the stadium and also to become a new icon in Pati Regency. The development of this stadium uses a Neo-Vernacular architectural approach which is an architectural concept that criticizes modern architecture. Neo-Vernacular has principles that consider local cultural norms in community life and building harmony. The concept of Neo-Vernacular architecture comes from the post-modern architectural school which essentially means a blend of modern architecture with the local culture where the building was built. The selection of the Neo-Vernacular architectural approach aims to preserve the culture of Pati Regency, such as placing batik ornaments typical of the Pati area, such as placing batik ornaments typical of the Pati area, and also natural forms in the Pati area, in addition to preserving culture, the Neo-Vernacular architectural approach also aims to keep the building from being outdated and still following the modern style. Apart from the architectural style, the development also focuses on advancing facilities for the stadium, such as spectator stands, field improvements, parking lot arrangements and also the stadium area, providing public transportation for the stadium that meets PSSI standards. Joyokusumo Stadium is located in Joyokusumo Stadium, Pati Regency is located in Ngagul, Winong, Pati District, Pati Regency, Central Java. The location of the stadium is in the city center area, Joyokusumo Stadium has a capacity of 27,000 people.
