Abstract

In the context of the construction of the Juang 45 building in Pati, Indonesia, the project became important because it championed the history and values of patriotism reflected in Indonesia's struggle for independence. The building is not only a physical symbol, but also represents the spirit and dedication of the heroes who fought for the nation's independence. Therefore, the design and construction of this building must reflect the greatness and strength of the spirit of struggle that exists in the nation's history. The main objective of the project is to create a space that allows for commemorating and honoring the struggle of heroes as well as facilitating activities that encourage understanding and appreciation of the nation's history. However, during the design process, several issues arose related to integrating the latest technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and adaptive manufacturing systems into a building design that is responsive to today's needs. In addressing these issues, the proposed design concept is to integrate IoT technologies into the building infrastructure to improve management efficiency and facilitate a more interactive and connected visitor experience. The main objective of the project was to create a space that allows for the commemoration and honor of heroes and facilitate activities that encourage understanding and appreciation of the nation's history. However, during the design process, several issues arose related to integrating the latest technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and adaptive manufacturing systems into a building design that is responsive to today's needs. In addition, it is important to consider sustainability aspects in the design and construction of this building, including the use of environmentally friendly materials, energy efficiency, and utilization of local resources. The integration of advanced technologies such as IoT can also improve the efficiency of building management, including monitoring and control of utility systems, security, and user comfort. To address these issues, the proposed design concept is to integrate IoT technology into the building infrastructure to improve management efficiency and facilitate a more interactive and connected visitor experience. In addition, an adaptive manufacturing system will be applied in the construction process to increase flexibility and responsiveness to the changing needs of the project as well as to ensure the guaranteed quality and safety of the building. Thus, the result of this design is expected to create a building that not only functions as a historical monument, but also as a dynamic center of interaction and learning. The integration of technology and sustainability in the design and construction of this building is the main foundation to ensure that the Juang 45 building in Pati not only meets the needs of the present, but also becomes a valuable legacy for future generations.
