Abstract

The rental office building is a 5-storey building designed as a rental office. The size of the building per floor is 50m x 55m. This building is located on the ground floor, the first floor is the lobby, offices from the second floor to the fifthIfloorIhave workspaces, copy and digital rooms, office space, storage rooms and various other rooms. The purpose of this research is to design mechanica Iand electrical systems which include electrical equipment, water treatment facilities and GWT capacity of office buildings for rent. The method used in this study is to calculate the need for indoor lighting points, clean and dirty water, HVAC outlets (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), fire hydrants and electrical panels. The results of these calculations are used as a reference. what is included in the working drawings with the Autocad. The research results show that the highest electric current in this building is 346.41 A and the total power capacity in this building is 414.6 kVA. The data obtained can be used to produce MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) designs for rental office buildings that comply with applicable regulations.
