Abstract

Discourse of Citizenship on Hastag #SemuaBisaKena in the Criminal Code against Corruption Threats” topic on Corruption This scientific research topic is considered in accordance with the scientific field of Pancasila and Citizenship Education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, because it consistently focuses on issues related to the character and values of Citizenship. This research aims to plan the public's understanding of the applicable law in Indonesia and the extent of civic awareness in one of the contents of the Criminal Code. The research method used is a case study with an in-depth, detailed and intensive investigation approach. The research location is at UMS, especially students who use the Twitter platform. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative. The results of the research hashtag #SemuaBisaKena is popular among Gen Z, especially students, because of their habits that are familiar with technology and active on various social media platforms such as Twitter. They are interested in following this hashtag on Twitter because the platform is considered effective for discussing issues such as corruption quickly and dynamically. Engagement in the #SemuaBisaKena hashtag allows students to share information, views and solutions regarding corruption, and feel part of a community that cares about the issue.
