Abstract

Tourism is a trip undertaken for recreation or vacation to refresh the mind, relieve stress due to work both at the office and at home. The tourism sector is currently developing quite rapidly with current technology, especially in Ngawi City. Several tourist attractions in the Ngawi area still use a manual counter/ticket system. Olba Park is a tourist and outbound tourist attraction in the Ngawi area that has not implemented a manual ticket system using paper. This research aims to assist Olba Park in ticket revenue management and help the ticket window system to be more efficient and reduce the use of physical tickets in paper form. With the existence of E-Tickets, better service and effectiveness in the tourism sector can be improved. E-Ticket also minimizes the use of paper tickets, thereby reducing waste in the form of physical paper tickets. The information system is built using the CodeIgniter framework, making the display look neater and more structured. The programming language uses HTML and PHP. The information system was built using the waterfall method. There are several stages in this method, including needs analysis, designing a user interface consisting of login, register, admin and ticket ordering pages. This ETicket information system research uses system testing in the form of black-box testing and SUS (System Usability Scale). Shows that the features of this system can run well and get a score of 72.75, which means this system is acceptable and easy to use
