Abstract
The trend for the sale of apartments in the city of Solo has seen a fairly high increase. According to Solopos Business throughout the year 2022 there are 600 units of apartments have been sold in Solo and its surroundings. Construction of apartments is necessary, but consideration is needed to design with due regard to the environmental impact, as the building and construction industries contribute 39% of the carbon emissions to environment, resulting in Climate Change. Climate change is a very significant climate change that makes environmental conditions everyday worse. The apartment design is intended for students around the site area, ASN, foreign workers and entrepreneurs. A method that explains the existing data on the basis of related theory through the collection of data, data processing, and the acquisition of data that is systematic, accurate in fact as the basis for the creation of design concepts. From the results of the analysis and application of design, the design of the apartment Nirvana Aalaya earned a total of points 63, based on the classification of the predicate rating tools greenship new building version 1.2, then this apartment earned the Gold predicat with a minimum of 58 points.
