Abstract
The redesign of SDN Candi 02 aims to transform the school into an inclusive school that takes into account the principles of bioclimatic architecture to create a supportive learning environment for all students, including those with special needs. The methods used include field observation, literature analysis, and integrated architectural design techniques. This research redesigns every aspect of the building, from site analysis, building mass concept, structure, landscape, to building utilities, by considering the needs of students, environmental sustainability, and inclusive design principles.This design carries the concept of bioclimatic architecture to respond to the climate on the site which is integrated with the concept of universal design to ensure accessibility for all students. Renewable energy sources and eco-friendly materials are applied to achieve environmental sustainability, while space layout, lighting, and ventilation are customized to create a comfortable, healthy, and supportive learning environment. It is hoped that this design can make a positive contribution to the development of a sustainable inclusive learning environment. Thus, SDN Candi 02 can accommodate its function as an inclusive school with a bioclimatic architectural approach to improve the efficiency and comfort of building users without exception.
