Abstract

The use of land as a location for supporting facilities for telecommunications activities is starting to decrease until it extends to agricultural land. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the rental agreement foragricultural land (rice field) that occurred in Mulur Village, Bendosari Distric , Sukoharjo Regency, meets the requirements for the validity of the agreement based on the Indonesial Civil Code by analizyng the contents of the rental agreement. The research method used by author in this research is to use a normative juridical method and followed by a conceptual approach and a statutory approach, namely an approach to research that is taken by examining and analyzing all statutory reguluations related to the problem at hand. The result of this research are that the Telecommunication Tower Provider Company and the Land Owner agreed to use the rice fields which were used as rental objects as a place for establishing telecommunication towers with the previous written in the Deed of Agreement. The conclusion of this research is that the agricultural land rental agreement for the establishment of a telecommunications towers in Mulur Village is an accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Civil Code, so that the argreement can be declared valid and applies like a law to each party.
