Abstract
Tombo Lesu Catering is a local culinary business that has been operating in Blora City for a long time, but still faces challenges in terms of marketing and service accessibility, which still uses offline ordering. Nowadays, many competitors use online ordering to make it easy for customers to order food and save on transportation costs. This research aims to develop Tombo Lesu Catering services through a website-based approach to increase the visibility and accessibility of services to customers. The research method uses the waterfall method, covering analysis, website design and development, coding, testing and maintenance. Built using the Laravel framework version 10, the PHP programming language version 8, and the Laragon web server. The research results show that users, including business owners and customers, have diverse needs for Tombo Lesu catering services. Based on this analysis, a website was designed and developed with features such as interactive menus and online ordering forms. The implementation of website-based Tombo Lesu catering services shows improvements in terms of service accessibility, operational efficiency and convenience for customers. In conclusion, the development of website-based Tombo Lesu catering services makes a positive contribution in facing marketing challenges and increasing the competitiveness of local culinary businesses in the digital era.
