Abstract

Many applications currently circulating are not able to integrate their services, in this case social assistance. Along with the large number of applications for recipients of aid services, this has resulted in delays in responding to aid to the community. So there is a need for applications that combine community services into one. The aim of this research is to create an integrated information system from several agencies that is used to provide information about community services in the area. This system was designed using the Flutter programming language, assisted by MySQL as the database. This system was created using the waterfall method. In creating this system, the author used methods, namely black box and System Usability Scale (SUS), which are used to test and assess the quality of the software being built. This black box test shows good results in every trial of the system, while the SUS test results show a score of 80 from a total of 30 respondents, which means the system is in the acceptable category with grade B with a good rating, which means the system is suitable for use.
