Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for selling screen printing designs and ordering website-based t-shirts. The focus is on helping individuals and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners who may not have design skills. This system allows customers to select designs, configure t-shirts and place orders online, while business owners can manage orders efficiently. Data security and customer privacy are major concerns. The goal is to expand online reach, increase operational efficiency and provide a superior customer experience, supporting business competitiveness in the digital era. This system helps SMEs market products efficiently in the digital era. In its development, MySQL, PHP, Blackbox testing methods, and SUS testing were used. Blackbox testing results show that all application features function without errors. Meanwhile, SUS testing shows an average value of 78.91, indicating a level of excellence and explaining that the system is ready to be used for t-shirt design and printing purposes.
