Abstract

Population data collection as the basis for social assistance recipients is very important and standard in the village government system. In this case, Wonokerto Village is an area that needs attention in terms of population data collection for social revenue data collection because it is still manual. This causes the resulting data to be less accurate and can lead to potential errors in the distribution of social assistance. Based on this, it is important to make a system so that the results achieved are truly accurate with a web-based technology approach. The website in question is using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model, PHP programming language, and using the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL database and testing with a black-box testing program. Undoubtedly, the data generated by using this method will be more accurate and the data collection process will be easier to classify social assistance recipients. The results of this website are used for village information and used by village officials to screen population data, especially for social assistance recipients. In addition, this system can also be used to monitor the progress of social assistance recipients, so that the village government can provide targeted and timely assistance. This system can also be integrated with other information systems owned by the village government, such as the financial information system and the development information system. This system has been tested using two testing methods, namely black box testing and system usability scale (SUS). Black box shows that the system functions properly as planned, SUS test results from 30 respondents show that the system can be accepted by users, with an average SUS score of 72, making the system in the acceptable category with grade C and good rating.
