Abstract
This research evaluates the effectiveness and supporting and inhibiting factors of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta in developing 21st century life skills. In the context of 21st century education influenced by digital transformation and globalization, this project aims to integrate Pancasila values with essential skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, and working together in problem solving. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation of Deputy Principals, PPKn Teachers and students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. The research results show that P5 has succeeded in improving 21st century life skills, especially in developing critical and creative thinking abilities and other relevant aspects. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, community participation, and the integration of technology in learning. However, there are obstacles such as a lack of understanding by some teachers about the P5 concept and limited infrastructure that affect the implementation of this program. In conclusion, this project makes a positive contribution in developing the profile of Pancasila students and improving 21st century life skills at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta.
