Abstract

A romantic relationship is a type of social relationship that is full of romantic moments, but there is often a feeling of dissatisfaction with your partner which can trigger infidelity. The Bumble application is an example of technological developments in the world of dating that can also be used for extramarital affairs. The aim of this research is to explore women's experiences of infidelity using the Bumble application. This research uses qualitative phenomenological research. In this study there were three female informants aged ± 22 years - ± 25 years. This data collection method used interviews and data analysis using Interpretative Phenomelogical Analysis (IPA). Three main themes were found, namely problems with partners, looking for infidelity partners, and infidelity activities. Further discussion regarding these three themes will be presented in the discussion section.
