Abstract

Fanayu Daya Network, as a local wifi business in Sragen city, realize the importance of providing home internet services. Along with customer growth and business complexity, Fanyu Daya Network has a problem in managing business and transactions that still to have visit customer’s homes, resulting in inefficient processes, such as late payments, recording errors, difficulty tracking customer data and service processes. This results in customer dissatisfaction and hinders Fanayu Daya Network’s business growth. This research aims to develop a Sistem Informasi Manajamen Usaha Wifi Fanayu Daya Network Sragen that can help Fanayu Daya Network in increasing the ease of access to services for customers. This system was developed using waterfall method with several stages including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. In its development, this system utilizes various tools such as PHP programming language, Laravel framework, Filament, Tailwind, and MySQL database. After the system is built, the system is tested using the black-box method and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of black-box testing show that all testing scenarios produce valid value while for SUS testing get a score of 77 which slows the systems runs well and can be accepted by users.
