Abstract

One prominent buying and selling practice in the modern era is dropshipping. In this transaction, three parties are involved: the supplier/owner of the goods, the dropshipper, and the buyer. The contract is the determinant of whether a sale can be considered valid in terms of Sharia or not. Dropshipping involves more than one contract, and the combination of two contracts in one cannot be done arbitrarily. The purpose of this research is to clearly describe the multi- contract/hybrid model used in dropshipping businesses on Facebook that is in accordance with Islamic law. This qualitative research aims to understand and describe the phenomenon descriptively. The data sources used include primary and secondary sources collected and obtained from the original researcher and other studies. Based on the results of this research, the use of two contracts in one, namely Salam and Wakalah bil Ujrah, can be utilized because these two contracts are not contradictory and do not invalidate each other.
