Abstract

Religious learning in the community sphere that focuses on basic religious education for children today is very important. However, there are times when children feel bored and lazy to take part in learning at the Al Qur'an educational park. So efforts are needed by educators to facilitate the transfer of knowledge so that children still have an interest and participate in learning enthusiastically. The aim of this research is (1) to describe educators' efforts to increase children's interest in learning at the Al Furqon TPA, Asy Syukur Mosque, Jatirejo, Masaran, Sragen. (2) Knowing the causal factors that influence children's interest in studying at the Al Furqon TPA, Asy Syukur Mosque, Jatirejo, Masaran, Sragen. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with interactive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The subjects in this research were educators and students at the Al Furqon TPA, Asy Syukur Mosque, Jatirejo, Masaran, Sragen. The author uses data collection in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the efforts made by educators are always to provide variety in learning, giving gifts to students or children as a form of appreciation, distributing snacks to students, giving freedom to play even though it is still during learning hours, and asking students to memorize material about Dinul Islam. and short letters. Factors that influence children's interest in participating in religious activities held at the Al Furqon TPA, Asy Syukur Mosque, Dukuh Jatirejo are divided into two, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors consist of: educators often take children for walks and provide small snacks, there are natural tadzabur activities, the influence of friendship, educators provide encouragement and gifts to students, and educators are patient with children or students. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of: the condition of the child who is tired from busy school activities so that the child in question will feel lazy and bored to go, the child's routine activities that cannot be abandoned so that the child in question will be lazy to come the next day, and the child has a tendency to chose to play on his cellphone and forgot the schedule for the Al Furqon TPA, Asy Syukur Mosque, Dukuh Jatirejo.
