Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety (K3) issues are often ignore in Indonesia, as can be seen from the many cases of companies with high and increasing accident rates. The number of work accidents is influenced by several things, one of which is the work environment management system and occupational health and safety (SMK3). In development projects at UMS, there is no known assessment or basic analysis regarding the influence between K3 management relationships and working environmental conditions on SMK3, so it needs to be researched because of the high level of work accidents. This research was conducted for analyze the influence of the correlation between K3 management and work environment conditions on the implementation of SMK3 in the UMS College Building Construction Project. The 31 respondents in this study were 2 contractor workers, 2 consultant workers, and 27 workers. The calculation method for this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis using SPSS software. The requirements for carrying out regression analysis tests require classical hypothesis testing, in addition to the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that K3 management and working environmental conditions have a significant effect and have a strong correlation of 0.602 on the implementation of OSHMS, so the project needs to improve the implementation of K3 management and create a better working environment because the results are positively correlated.
