Abstract
The development of technology in the healthcare field has opened up new opportunities for the healthcare business. A company active in health interaction, processing and devices is PT Widya Imersif Teknologi. One of the products offered is the E3D service system, E3D service system is an information system that allows service users to order DICOM files and convert them into three-dimensional (3D) representations. Although the E3D system has these advantages, some shortcomings still exist, such as bugs in the admin dashboard, a less responsive interface, the absence of an order details page, and the absence of a notification feature. This research proposes the use of PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) framework to analyze the shortcomings in the previous system with agile method as the foundation for system development. This system development includes increasing system responsiveness, adding order detail pages, handling bugs in the admin dashboard router, and implementing notification features. The application of the PIECES framework facilitates the identification and development of aspects that need to be improved to optimally meet user needs. The test results using the blackbox method show that the system runs according to its function, with an average score of 80.6 on the System Usability Scale (SUS) and an Adjective Rating Excellent assessment.
