Abstract

Madena Husada Clinic is a clinic located in Karangsono Village, Magetan. This clinic serves patients from small children to adults. The registration process for this clinic is by coming directly to the clinic to register to get a queue number. This method is still inefficient because it causes inconvenience to potential patients who have to wait a long time to be called according to the queue number. Based on this problem, the author built an information system to help handle the registration process at the Madena Husada clinic. This system will later be developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method with the System Usability Scale testing method and Black-box testing. The programming language used in this system is the PHP programming language combined with the Laravel Framework and MySql database. The results of this research are in the form of an information system that can be used to register online without having to wait in long queues. The development of the registration process at the Madena Husada clinic has been well designed and has been tested using the black box testing method with the results of the functionality running according to the desired flow and through system usability scale testing system with a value of 70.5 obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 21 respondents
