Abstract

An adult is someone who is over 17 years old, or can be interpreted if he has been able to distinguish where things are good and bad, thus an adult can also commit a criminal offense such as the case of distributing pornographic photos. Adults who have committed criminal offenses will get legal remedies in the form of restorative justice, this is in accordance with what is regulated in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE. The author conducts his research using the Empirical Juridical method or by knowing the events directly in the field or going directly to the field with the aim of knowing the application of restorative justice in solving cases of photo distribution through the ITE Law with pornographic elements in the Sukoharjo Resort Police in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE, and knowing the factors that hinder the application of restorative justice in solving cases of photo distribution through the ITE Law with pornographic elements.
