Abstract
This study aims to identify various internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) of UMKM Rambak Z using SWOT analysis methods, and QSPM. The results of the study found that the position of UMKM Rambak Z is in quadrant V (Hold and Maintain) with an IFE value of 3.08 which means strong and an EFE value of 2.91 which means moderate. This position shows that the company is in an area that is strived to be maintained and maintained. The strategies chosen are Market penetration and Product development. At the strategy stage with the SWOT matrix, 10 alternative strategies were obtained. This determines the order of strategy priorities based on the calculation of the QSPM matrix, the highest TAS value obtained is 12.03. And the smallest TAS value obtained is 3.33. This research provides benefits in: (1) Help solve problems in Rambak Z, (2) Implement marketing strategies according to the conditions, (3) Able to increase sales turnover.
