Abstract

Children are a gift that must be looked after and always taught human values. According to experts, children are examples of adults or parents whom they see and imitate everything they do. Bullying that happens to children is a bad thing that shows something that makes children considered evil. Bullying with children as perpetrators often occurs in schools and the surrounding community. Cases of bullying by children against other children reflect negligence on the part of the adults around them. Bullying in Indonesian law has its own place and has been described in detail in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. As a general illustration, it can be seen in Article 1 paragraph (2) which can be concluded that everything related to the protection that children need will be discussed, starting from sanctions or punishments and even direct protection by legal institutions for victims of bullying.
