Abstract
Article 1313 of the Civil Code states that an agreement is an act by which one or more people bind themselves to one or more other people. An agreement is an agreement between the parties regarding something that gives rise to a legal agreement/relationship, giving rise to rights and obligations, if it is not carried out as agreed there will be sanctions. Research is a scientific method carried out by investigating completely and thoroughly with the facts obtained regarding a particular problem so as to find a solution to the problem. Legal Research is an activity in legal science, this activity is carried out to solve the legal cases faced. Implementation of the Base Business agreement carried out by PT. Mitra Mandiri Karyatama which is legally represented by Dewi Susilowati as the First Party with Parwoko as the Second Party operates in accordance with the agreement which contains articles such as terms, Contract Implementation, Contract Execution, Contract Prohibitions, Contract Changes, Contract Signing Parties and Contract Payments. Based on the Civil Code rules and laws governing agreements.
