Abstract

Auricularia auricula is one of the group of fungal jelly that enters the basterycota class and has a unique texture of jelly. The fungi that enter this class are generally microscopic or are easily seen with the naked eye. The mycelium is divided and distinguishable into two kinds: the primary mycelium (the mycelium with its nucleus in one cell, generally derived from the development of basilla spores) and the secondary mycelium (the mycelium of two core make, the mycelium being a result of conjugating the two primary micels or the unity of the two basids). Auricularia auricula we generally know as ear fungus. They are called ear mushrooms because the fruit has a human ear shape. Air humidity is the amount of moisture it contains in the air and changes with the temperature rising. While air temperature is a state of heat or cold somewhere ata given time that is affected by a lot of the sun's heat. A key factor in the drying of the mushroom is the humidity conditions, the heat and often the problem of those who overtake the supply of moisture and thermal equipment in the oven. In the final work a system that can monitor moisture and heat in dry ovens via lot platform Blynk. The device USES a Node MCU ESP8266 component as a microcontroller and a wifi module. In addition, dht11 sensors are used to monitor temperature and humidity and LCD (liquid crystal digital). It is hoped that this will help those in the drying business to monitor humidity and temperature conditions better so as to produce high-quality, dry mold.
